Today we are sharing an excellent tool which allows you to create your own custom Start ORBs (Start button) and also allows you to apply them. "Start ORB Creator" is a portable utility created by "Blizo" @ DA which creates and applies your custom Start ORBs in Windows 7. You just need to select any image which you want to set as Start ORB and then you can add Shadow and Glow effects for Hover and Click events.
