How To Create Windows Key Shortcuts In Vista & 7?

Are you a keyboard freak? If your answer is a big “Yes”, then this post is dedicated to you! We, keyboard frocks always like to know more shortcut ways to work with Windows or any other programs.

I know most of the Windows shortcut keys. I have even created shortcut keys to run any programs instantly. But the catch is, Windows doesn’t allow you add extra Windows key shortcuts. That is you can’t assign a hotkey like [Windows key] + [I] to open any program.
Winkey is a free handy utility that allows you create new Windows key shortcuts. Using this freeware you can create new shortcut keys to any programs or features. By default, Winkey assigns few Windows keys to drives and programs, but you can alter the settings with few clicks. By using this small utility I can now open Control Panel by just holding Winkey and C combination.
One better feature is, Winkey allows you run any program in restricted Windows like normal, minimized and maximized window. Winkey resides at the system tray, making easy to access the program to any modifications.
Winkey program runs with Windows at startup so that you can access the all new shortcuts once you login to Windows without manually running the program.
